Representative
“I aspire to be international. That’s why I listen, empathize with individuals, and deliver.”

Thank you for visiting my website. I’m Kenji Morita, an administrative scrivener (Gyoseishoshi) and the founder of Morita Immigration Legal Services in Hiroshima, Japan.
Ever since my student days, I’ve wanted to work internationally. A solo journey through Southeast Asia and volunteering as a Japanese language teacher opened my eyes to the challenges foreign residents face in Japan—language, culture, and systems can sometimes create misunderstandings, even when people love Japan and are eager to contribute.
As an administrative scrivener, I aim to make life in Japan smoother and more enjoyable for foreign nationals. I listen carefully, understand your goals, and provide clear, practical support every step of the way.
I look forward to helping you.
Sincerely,
Administrative scrivener(Gyosei shoshi)
Kenji Morita
My Mission
Harnessing Diversity — Toward a Society Where We Live Together

I believe that diversity is strength, and that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity — no matter their nationality or background.
My mission is to support you in becoming a full member of Japanese society, both legally and socially.I handle each case with sincerity, professionalism, and care.
My goal is for every client to say: “I’m so glad I found this office.”
Professional Background
I was born in Hiroshima City, Japan. After graduating from Kitakyushu City University, I worked in a variety of fields—including a department store, a real estate company, a regional revitalization cooperation team, and a call center—before establishing Morita Immigration Legal Services in Hiroshima.
Through my volunteer work supporting foreign residents at the Hiroshima International Center, a public-interest incorporated foundation, I developed a strong interest in immigration-related services. I now specialize in assisting with international matters such as residence status and visa procedures.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling and reading. My personal motto is: “Follow the heavens and abandon selfishness.”
